The Lord has been good to us and we would like to share some blessings with you. This next week our family will be going to immigrations to get our permanent residency in Argentina. January 21st will mark 3 years of our being in the country, and the Argentine government will allow us to be permanent residents now. Amen!
The Exciting News
The Lord has blessed greatly in these 3 years and both the Lighthouse Baptist Church and the Grace Baptist Church are growing. The contract on the building we are renting for the Lighthouse Baptist Church is almost up. Throughout this past year we were praying and searching for another area, and the Lord lhas now led us to the land that will be the future church home of Lighthouse Baptist Church. A big blessing is that the owner is allowing us one year to make payments every few months until it is paid off.
I praise the Lord that the men of our church are helping to prepare the land and get ready to build. As you can see in these pictures, there is a LOT of work to be done. We ask you to please pray with us that the Lord will help us raise the $70,000 needed throughout this year plus the construction of the church building.
The total of the land is $85,000 and $15,000 has already been raised to give this next week on our first payment!. The church people have raised around $2,000 and besides the weekly church offering specifically for the land, aside from the tithes, offering and faith promise, the church people are saving for a “sacrificial giving” at the end of February.
