What Does the Lord Require of You

Deuteronomy 10:12-22

Moses looks to the people and poses a question to them: “what doth the Lord thy God require of thee” (vs.12). He answered his own question by giving a list:

1. To fear the Lord.

2. To walk in all His ways.

3. To love Him.

4. To serve the Lord with all your heart and soul.

5. To keep the statutes and commandments of the Lord.

He goes on to say about the same thing again in verse 20 and then tells them to praise God for all that he has done in their sight (vs.21).

Our God deserves our praise! And the counsel that Moses gave Israel is still great advice for us today.
